Head of Digital Health - PR

We’re looking for an outstanding digital professional to join our team as Head of Digital Health at Reynolds MacKenzie, OPEN Health's PR specialist agency. Highly regarded for your experience in the healthcare setting, you'll be eager and ready to develop, lead and deliver on an ambitious digital health strategy, quickly honing the digital health proposition and creating opportunities to convincingly present this to existing and potential new clients. You will be responsible the development of an ambitious internal and external digital and social media enabling strategy, ensuring the upskilling of all team members and persuasive counsel to existing clients to ensure all digital and social media opportunities are optimised. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing the digital health strategic growth plan, including identifying opportunities within new and existing clients and leading new business digitally-led pitches

  • Overseeing, improving and upskilling the team’s digital output, project management and digital innovation

  • Digital health revenue forecasting, budgeting, resource management and revenue optimisation

  • Digital health resource planning, including the use of carefully identified suppliers in planning, content development, design and implementation and involvement in recruitment process for key hires when the opportunity presents

  • Development and delivery of digitally engaging client presentations, pitches and RFPs

  • Develop strong relationships with key clients and any relevant inter-group contacts

  • Collaborate with digital leads in other Open Health offices worldwide on new business opportunities as well as sharing best practice tools and processes
